When Johannes Haller founded a pendulum spring factory for pendulums and year clocks in Schwenningen in 1919, he was up to date. It is only a small number of companies that are able to carry on the tradition of the flourishing branch of industry today. "Johs. Haller-Jauch GmbH", which in the meantime is directed by Erich Haller of the third generation, was able to continually expand its position. The supplier to the world-wide clock manufacturers was always open to innovate with its fine spirits, feeling for and vision of business.
In 1954 the efficient specialised company was expanded by a precision lathe work produktion facility which has been substantially extended and developed right up to the present moment.
In 1993 the company moved into its new and spacious production hall. Here, the grinding technology was also incorporated. In the age of speedy technical changes we took up the challange of technological innovations in the awareness of tradition. It was only the clock industry that was supplied when the company was founded, today "Johs. Haller-Jauch GmbH" is a reliable partner of all industries requiring high-quality precision lathe work: the automobile and clock industry, precision mechanics, medical and electrical engeneering.
